PEORIA, Ariz. — A pigeon that had flown the coop with solely its bedazzled vest is nesting again residence in Phoenix.
The Arizona Republic reviews Marlette Fernando and her husband had been reunited Tuesday with their pet pigeon Olive.
The fowl was delivered to the Fallen Feathers fowl rescue heart in Peoria greater than per week in the past.
Middle director Jody Kieran says she knew the pigeon needed to be somebody’s feathered good friend when she noticed the rhinestone-studded vest.
The group posted an image of the fowl and the vest on Fb.
Fernando says a good friend noticed the put up. She says Olive went lacking from their residence Nov. 7.
Fallen Feathers had deliberate to place the fowl up for adoption if no one got here ahead after one month.
